🗓️ A New Beginning
In the early months of 2016, Jonathan Trietsch from Empower Learning stepped onto the scene as a Promethean Partner Representative, bringing a much-needed ray of hope to the Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation (EVSC) community.
They were grappling with challenges from previous partners, who had been notorious for selling OEM lamps but shipping knock-offs, delivering projectors that often died on arrival (DOA), and failing to provide support for warranty replacements.
Recognizing the urgency, Jonathan intervened, offering free warranty replacements through Promethean and sourcing genuine OEM lamps. This not only resolved the immediate issues but also restored trust in their technology partnerships.
EVSC is the third largest school district in the state of Indiana, with an enrollment of more than 22,000 students and 3,400 employees, so it is paramount that they have functioning equipment to provide the best learning experience for their students.
